
Inside Sales Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and customers. This role involves managing inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes, maintaining sales records, and facilitating the sales process from lead generation to order completion. The Inside Sales Coordinator works closely with account managers, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient customer service and sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**:
- Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
- **Order Processing**:
- Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers as needed.
- **Customer Support**:
- Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Support the sales team with account management tasks, including account updates, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
- **Sales Reporting & Coordination**:
- Assist with preparing sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyzing sales performance data.
- Coordinate the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Help schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations for the sales team.
- **Collaboration**:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, ensuring efficient communication and smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and send invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and sales processes.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role is an advantage.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹49,302.83 per month
