**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Conduct outbound calling to potential customers
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide technical sales support to customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service

**Experience**
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in an inside sales role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Experience in outbound calling and customer service
- Knowledge of technical sales, software, or related industries

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Morning shift
