**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage prospective clients in the US through outbound calls to introduce our services and products, creating lasting impressions and building trust.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, offering accurate information and addressing concerns effectively.
- Keep detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for follow-ups and reporting.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly engagement targets, contributing to team success.
- Build and nurture positive client relationships to foster brand loyalty.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 0-1 year in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal skills in English, with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively.
- Willingness to work during the night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST).
- Onsite in Vadodara.
- Proactive, resilient, detail-oriented, and confident in managing client interactions professionally.
