As a **Tele Caller**, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce our products or services and answer queries. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be involved in various administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Product/Service Presentation: Clearly and effectively present the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
- Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns or issues promptly.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, gather additional information, and facilitate the sales process.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, documentation, and office file organization, supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Feedback Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer responses and market trends.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Professional Etiquette: Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and empathy in all customer interactions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing scripts, products, and customer profiles.
