As a **Tele Caller**, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce our products or services and answer queries. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be involved in various administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Product/Service Presentation: Clearly and effectively present the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
- Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns or issues promptly.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, gather additional information, and facilitate the sales process.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
