**About the Company**:
We are a reputed jewellery manufacturing company based in Surat with a strong presence in the international market. We specialize in high-quality diamond and gold jewellery catering to clients across the globe, including a significant customer base in the United States. As part of our global expansion, we are looking for a dynamic **female CRM Executive** to manage and support our US clients during their business hours.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle order inquiries, follow-ups, shipment tracking, and after-sales service efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software and ensure data accuracy.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Coordinate with internal departments like production, design, logistics, and accounts to fulfill customer requirements.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements in services and products.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on client interactions, issues resolved, and pending actions.
- Support marketing and sales efforts by sharing updates on new collections, promotions, and events.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline; additional qualifications in communication, customer service, or business management is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service/CRM, preferably with international or US-based clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and communication platforms like Zoom, WhatsApp Business, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
