We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented **Telecaller** to join our team during the US shift. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a key point of contact, you will engage with prospective clients, build positive relationships, and represent our brand professionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US to introduce our products and services, with a focus on generating interest and building rapport.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries, offering accurate and thorough information on our products and services, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions, including call details, follow-ups, and outcomes, in our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed call and engagement targets, contributing to team objectives.
- Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience and building brand loyalty.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 0-1 year of experience in a telecalling, customer service, or similar client-facing role.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST).
- Available for onsite work in Vadodara.
- A proactive attitude with resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client interactions confidently and courteously.

**Job Types: Full-time**

**Salary: Upto ₹20,000.00 per month**

**Schedule: Fixed, US Shift**

**Timings: Monday - Friday (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST)**

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
