**Job Description: Commi 3/2**

**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per the chef’s instructions.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately.
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring portions.
- **Kitchen Support**:

- Assist higher-level chefs (Chef de Partie, Demi Chef) in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure the kitchen and workstations are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle basic cooking tasks such as frying, boiling, or sautéing under supervision.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:

- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Take guidance from senior chefs to improve skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and cuisines.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
- Report shortages or issues with ingredients to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Commi 3 or 2 in a professional kitchen is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
