**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **B2B Travel
- Field Sales** to drive business growth through **corporate tie-ups, retailer tie-ups, and RMN (Retailer Managed Network) partnerships**.
The role involves meeting potential partners, building strong business relationships, and generating sales opportunities for travel services including **holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, and other travel-related solutions.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and visit **potential corporates, retailers, and RMNs for business tie-ups.**
**Pitch company travel services (holidays, flights, hotels, visas) and onboard new partners.**
Build strong **B2B relationships to generate consistent business opportunities.**
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through field sales activities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with partners to ensure business continuity and satisfaction.
**Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.**
Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and share feedback with management.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
Represent the company at industry networking events and exhibitions when required.
**Desired Skills &; Competencies**:
**Minimum Required Qualification (Non-Negotiable): Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Travel & Tourism**
Strong knowledge of **corporate sales and B2B travel partnerships.**
**Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
**Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.**
Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
**Basic knowledge of travel industry products (holidays, flights, hotels, visas) preferred.**
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
