Role Description
This is a full-time, in-office sales role focused on handling premium travel clients. The Sales Agent will attend incoming and outgoing leads, communicate with customers over calls and email, and assist them in booking Business and First Class air tickets. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to engage confidently with HNI clientele. The agent must understand customer needs, present the best fare options, and work towards converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a travel agency
- Basic working knowledge of GDS (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo)
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 shift-based environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle HNI and premium clientele professionally
- Confidence in pitching Business & First Class fares
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume inquiries
- Comfortable working with CRM, emails, and call-based sales workflows
Responsibilities
- Attend incoming and outgoing leads via calls and email
- Understand customer requirements and offer the best Business & First Class fare options
- Handle and convert leads from various channels (calls, emails, web inquiries)
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure conversions and maintain strong relationships
- Update CRM with lead details, notes, and status
- Ensure accuracy in information shared with customers
- Maintain professionalism and service quality in a 24/7/365 environment
