**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the firm’s goals, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including the company website, blog, newsletters, and social media channels.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the firm’s social media presence, including posting content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- **Event Planning**: Organize and promote events, workshops, and open houses to showcase our design expertise and connect with potential clients.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and client preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, reinforcing the firm’s identity and values.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners, fostering collaboration and referrals.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the interior design or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
