**Job Summary**: The Overseas Education Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the international education sector. This role involves building strong relationships with educational institutions, student communities, and other stakeholders to promote the organization’s services for study-abroad programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Outreach**: Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and students through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Market Expansion**: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand into new geographic regions and increase market share.
- **Partnership Management**: Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and language schools overseas to facilitate student admissions.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and networking events to promote the organization’s services.
- **Sales & Revenue Goals**: Meet and exceed business development targets, contributing to the organization's revenue growth.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated with international education trends, competitor activities, and changes in student visa policies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education or overseas consultancy sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
