Job Description – SEO/SMO & Social Media Executive
Role Overview
The SEO/SMO & Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the hospital group's digital presence across all social media platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others. The role involves designing and executing digital campaigns that promote hospital services, doctors, health awareness programs, and wellness initiatives while ensuring alignment with the hospital's brand identity and patient engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the daily posting calendar across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging, informative, and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).
- Collaborate with hospital departments and doctors to create healthcare-related posts and awareness campaigns.
- Improve website ranking through SEO techniques and optimize website/blog content for search visibility.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram promotions).
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and medical teams to align content with ongoing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media.
- 1–2 years of experience in managing digital/social media for healthcare, hospitality, or service brands.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, social media algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with creativity and brand sensitivity.

Core Digital Marketing Tools
- Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest.
- Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, Data Studio.
AI-Powered Content Creation & Automation
- ChatGPT, Jasper, , Writesonic, Grammarly, Quillbot.
Canva Pro (AI Magic Studio), Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Pika Labs, Midjourney, Synthesia.
- Zapier, Make (Integromat), Notion AI or Airtable AI for content planning.
- Prompt engineering skills to design effective AI prompts
Design & Multimedia Tools
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or VN Editor.
- Knowledge of transitions, trending templates, and caption synchronization.
Web & SEO Development
- CMS: WordPress / Webflow / Wix for blog updates and page edits.
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript for meta tags, schema markup, and analytics setup.
- Schema data, page speed optimization, sitemap submission, broken link management.
AI & Data Integration Skills
- Experience using ChatGPT(any AI Tools) with GA4 exports for performance insights.
- Connecting Meta/Google Ads APIs or AI analytics dashboards.
- Power BI / Google Data Studio for real-time dashboards.
- Python knowledge for automating reports or keyword clustering.
Paid Ad Management
- Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads Manager (A/B testing, audience optimization).
- Facebook Pixel / GA4 Tag Manager setup for conversion tracking.
AI Strategy in Healthcare Branding
- AI-generated personalized health awareness content.
- AI trend analysis on hashtags and topics.
- Implementing chatbot assistants or WhatsApp automation for patient engagement.
Desirable Add-On Skills
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or NVIDIA AI creative workflows.
- Experience with ethical AI use in healthcare marketing.
- Understanding of HIPAA and Indian digital health communication norms (NHA / ABDM).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
