Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Social Media Executive. The role involves creating and implementing social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media platforms, planning media campaigns, and engaging with audiences to amplify brand presence. Daily tasks also include content creation, posting, analyzing social media performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overarching business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Experience in Media Planning and Communication strategies
  • Proficiency in Writing and content creation for social media platforms
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media performance data
  • Familiarity with social media tools and technology for scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative and strategic mindset for crafting engaging social media campaigns
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is a plus
