Role Description

We are looking for a
Social Media Executive
with
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
to manage and execute social media activities across multiple platforms. The role requires hands-on involvement in content creation, basic video editing, coordination, and performance tracking.

This is a
full-time, hybrid role
requiring an
immediate joiner
. Salary will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute social media activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines
  • Perform
    basic video editing
    (trimming, captions, simple transitions, resizing for platforms)
  • Design basic creatives using tools such as Canva and support video content requirements
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content inputs and ensure timelines are met
  • Track engagement and performance metrics and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports
  • Stay updated with social media trends and suggest practical, execution-ready ideas
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including coordination for
    Google Ads / Meta Ads
    , when required

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience
    in social media handling or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with content posting and basic video editing for social media
  • Working knowledge of Canva and any basic video editing tools (mobile or desktop)
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools
  • Basic exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid advertising platforms is a plus
  • Good communication, time management, and execution skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
