About the Role:

Innovkraft Inc is looking for a creative and strategic
Social Media Executive & Copywriter
who can manage end-to-end social media presence, plan content strategies, and create engaging copy that drives audience growth and brand engagement.

You will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns that reflect our clients' brand voices and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for posts, campaigns, ads, and blogs.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to improve impressions, reach, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive, impactful visuals and messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to enhance strategy.
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Brainstorm ideas for campaigns, reels, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid ad copy (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads).

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in
    social media management
    and
    copywriting
    (preferably in a marketing agency).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of
    social media algorithms
    , content formats, and engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of
    analytics tools
    (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of
    SEO and digital marketing
    .
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Canva, Google Analytics, or Notion
    is a plus.
