**Job description**
**Role & responsibilities**
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying intent.
- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements and provide relevant project details.
- Schedule site visits and ensure timely follow-up with clients to drive walk-ins.
- Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate records of interactions and status.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align lead flow with ongoing campaigns and offers.
- Provide virtual tours or initial presentations about the property, amenities, pricing, and other USPs.
- Build a strong rapport with customers and assist in nurturing relationships to support conversion.
- Share regular feedback from clients with internal teams to improve marketing and sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a presales, telesales, or customer service role in the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of the real estate market and buyer behavior.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management platforms.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with real estate CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Real Estate ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
