Presales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role is to sell online undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs to prospective students, ensuring a seamless and enriching customer experience. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach, we would love to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand prospective students' needs and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
- Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and benefits of the programs.
- Guide prospects through the admission process, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with the latest courses, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales or tele-calling, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
