**Responsibilities**:

- Update resumes according to job descriptions and client requirements
- Schedule and coordinate client interviews
- Build and maintain strong vendor ships and client relationships
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to make informed recruiting decisions
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and metrics to management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and analyze complex spreadsheets. Skilled in using formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to enhance reporting.
- Efficient in researching and gathering information from various online sources, familiar with advanced search techniques and filtering options to quickly find relevant data.
- Experienced in navigating and utilizing popular U.S. hiring portals (e.g., Dice, Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster) for recruitment and job postings, with an understanding of job market trends and best practices in online recruitment.
- Strong ability to create clear, concise, and organized documentation, including reports, process flows, and training materials, and familiar with maintaining and updating internal databases and tracking systems for recruitment activities.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter
- Proven experience in pay rate negotiation
- Proficiency in a wide range of technologies and platforms
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
