We are hiring for Bench Sales Recruiter job position.

**Location of Posting**: Hyderabad (Kondapur). No remote or hybrid mode.

**Notice Period**: Immediate to 15 Days Minimum

**Qualification**: Graduation

**Timings** - 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST

Here are the key responsibilities:

- **Build and maintain relationships** with consultants and clients.
- **Negotiate contracts and agreements** for bench sales.

**Job Brief**:

- Identify and connect with potential consultants.
- Coordinate with sales and account management teams to meet client requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in client needs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in recruitment processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a network of potential consultants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client staffing needs.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in bench sales or IT recruitment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹35,000 - ₹55,000 per month (Depends upon Experience)

Schedule:

- Night shift

Work Location: In person
