Key responsibilities include profiling, marketing, networking with clients and vendors, coordinating interviews, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Client and Consultant Management: Building relationships with both clients and consultants to understand requirements and skill sets.

Profile Marketing: Creating and marketing consultant profiles to potential clients and partner companies.

Sourcing and Placement: Proactively searching for job opportunities for available consultants and coordinating their placement on projects.

Sales and Negotiation: Negotiating contract terms and pay rates with clients to ensure a good fit and achieve sales targets.

Coordination: Facilitating communication between consultants and clients and coordinating interview schedules.

Record-Keeping: Maintaining updated records of marketing activities, consultant placements, and other recruitment-related data.

Required Skills

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and candidate engagement.

Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.

Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for placements.

Technical Acumen: A good understanding of IT and technology recruitment to match skills with requirements.

Sales & Marketing: Proficiency in marketing strategies and sales techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
