**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative social media content strategies to increase followers and boost engagement across platforms.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) tailored to each social media platform.
- Manage and monitor the company’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to produce visually appealing posts and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to optimize social media performance.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster relationships.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in developing content strategies that drive growth and engagement.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize content performance.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
