**Job Title**: Social Media Executive

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day communication with social media clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure content is aligned with the client’s brand and marketing goals.
- Monitor and track the performance of social media campaigns, including those on food tech platforms, and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
- Develop strategies for social media growth and engagement based on client goals and market trends.
- Work with clients to understand their objectives and provide creative solutions for social media campaigns.
- Respond to client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of social media campaigns and projects.
- Ensure social media content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for platform-specific requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and look for opportunities to upsell services or expand campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 6 months of experience in account management, specifically with social media clients.
- Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, and running campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media Food Tech platforms, and an understanding of how to leverage these platforms for business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
