**Role Overview**

The **Customer Representative** at Trakky plays a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our users. This position involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer retention and brand loyalty.

- Support the team in achieving customer service goals and KPIs.
