Customer Care Executive
- Must have at least 2+ years experience in Customer Care centre
- Record After sales installation and service calls into the CRM
- Co-ordinate with the customer and service center for the status of the call
- Cold calling to the customer posts a for review of the product
- Reconcile the payment to be received from Flipkart/Amazon as per system and actual payment received.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
