**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Statutory Audit Execution**:
v Perform statutory audits to ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and legal frameworks.

v Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and IFRS as required.

v Analyze and validate financial data to ensure the accuracy of accounting records, identifying discrepancies and potential risk areas.

v Ensure thorough documentation of audit processes, findings, and actionable recommendations.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:
v Serve as a key point of contact for clients & partner during the audit process, maintaining strong professional relationships.

v Effectively communicate audit results, findings, and recommendations to both clients and internal team members.

**3. Team Collaboration & Leadership**:
v Work closely with senior team members to execute audits in compliance with company protocols and audit best practices.

v Mentor junior staff, fostering a learning environment that promotes knowledge
- sharing and professional development in statutory audits.

**Qualifications**:
v Qualified / semi qualified CA, ACCA preferred.

v 2-3 years of relevant experience in audit, with a strong focus on statutory audits and financial statement preparation.

v Extensive knowledge of auditing and accounting standards (e.g., IGAAP, INDAS, USGAAP, IFRS).

v Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

v Hands-on experience with auditing software is highly advantageous.

v **Analytical Abilities**:Capacity to critically assess financial data and identify inconsistencies or risk factors.

v **Team Player**:Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within teams or independently when needed.

v **Adaptability**:Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:
v Proficiency in Microsoft Office

v Hands-on experience with audit tools such as CaseWare.

v Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, etc.)

v Strong knowledge of accounting and audit documentation platforms.

v Specialized experience with statutory audits during articleship and later professional roles.

**Work Environment**:
AudiTree is a fully remote firm. All team members work from home, requiring proficiency with virtual collaboration and comfort in a remote work setup.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
