**About the Role**

As an **Intermediate CPA / Senior Analyst or Associate**, you’ll play a key role in executing and reviewing client engagements while mentoring junior team members. You’ll collaborate with our in-house AI tools and leadership team to deliver high-quality work and continuously improve our processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare financial statements, including compilations, review engagements, and audits.
- Contribute to tax-optimization strategies and prepare corporate tax filings.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential accounting or tax issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with AI assistant, to boost efficiency and deepen analysis.
- Contribute to process and technology improvements across the firm.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant assurance experience (ideally including **Big Four**) **covering audit**, **review**, **andcompilation** **engagements**, **plus corporate tax**.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of **Canadian accounting standards** (ASPE, NCECF) and corporate tax principles.
- Technology: Proficiency in **Excel** and **Word**, with a strong eagerness to learn and adopt new technology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both **English and French** for client interaction and documentation.
- Soft Skills: Critical thinking, autonomy, precision, and keen attention to detail.

**What we offer**

**Salary**: INR 1,20,000 to 1,45,000 Gross Per Month

Work location: Remote

Shift Time: EST (Evening shift IST)

Benefits: Flex Fridays (half days on Fridays during the summer)

Vacation: 4weeks (2 flexible + 2 during holidays)

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹145,000.00 per month
