**Key Responsibilities**
- US Tax Preparation & Filing: Accurately prepare and file US individual (Form 1040), corporate (1120/1120S), and partnership (1065) tax returns, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for US-based clients; understand their requirements, resolve queries, and deliver timely accounting and tax solutions.
- Compliance Monitoring: Stay up to date with US GAAP standards, IRS guidelines, and state-specific taxation laws; ensure all filings meet deadlines without exceptions.
- QuickBooks Accounting Management: Maintain and manage financial records in QuickBooks Online/Desktop, including setting up new accounts, cleaning up books, and ensuring accurate day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members and external stakeholders to deliver client-focused, high-quality results.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of US Taxation (1040, 1120, 1065, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
- Skilled in **tax planning, advisory, and compliance strategies** for individuals and businesses.
- Familiarity with **multi-state taxation** and **international tax considerations**.
- Knowledge of US tax software such as**:Drake,** **Xero**, **CCH**, **TaxSlayer**, **ProConnect**:

- Excellent accounting, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
- Knowledge of Drake, Xero, or other US tax software (in addition to QuickBooks).
- Strong client-handling experience with US-based CPA firms.
- Ability to work independently in night US shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
