**CCTV Surveillance Executive**
**Location**: Remote

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CCTV Monitoring**:

- Continuously monitor live video feeds from CCTV cameras, ensuring all footage is recorded and stored properly.
- Analyze surveillance footage to detect any suspicious activity and report incidents to the relevant authorities or internal teams.
- **Incident Reporting & Documentation**:

- Document all observed incidents, including time, location, and nature of any suspicious activity.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports to management.
- **Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot technical issues remotely.
- Coordinate with technical teams for camera maintenance, repair, or upgrades when necessary.
- **Security Protocol Adherence**:

- Follow company security protocols to ensure the protection of assets, employees, and premises.
- Ensure all footage complies with privacy laws and company guidelines.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Work closely with on-site security teams and management to address any security concerns.
- Respond promptly to alarms or alerts triggered by the surveillance system.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or courses in CCTV installation and maintenance are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV surveillance, security monitoring, or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and video surveillance software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect potential security threats.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues related to CCTV equipment.
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly and work effectively with other teams.
