About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager with extensive experience in Low Voltage (LV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems to drive strategic business growth and manage high-value enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical understanding of LV/ELV solutions and a proven track record of achieving multimillion-dollar sales targets across sectors such as commercial, industrial, data centers, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and margin goals for low voltage systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Structured Cabling, BMS, AV, etc.).
- Identify, qualify, and close enterprise-level opportunities with key clients, system integrators, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project handover, including proposals, tenders, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, and end users to influence specifications and ensure preferred vendor status.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, pre-sales, and project delivery) to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within the Low Voltage / ELV systems industry.
- Strong technical understanding of systems such as: CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm, BMS, IP Networking, AV, and Structured Cabling Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong network of relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users in target verticals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales processes with multiple.
- Preferred added advantage: Experience selling integrated or smart building solutions.
- Exposure to large-scale projects (airports, hospitals, commercial complexes, data centers).
