**Job Description for Central Team Talent Acquisition Role**

**Central Team**.

1. Responsible for achieving recruitment targets

2. Driving recruitment through:

- Campus recruitment
- Referral scheme (MGM)
- Consultants / Corporate Consultants
- Web Based Sources
- Training Institutes
- Job fairs

3. Initiating new projects to increase sourcing through HR.

4. Organize Recruitment Drives through Consultants, Job fairs,

5. Empanelment of Consultants.

**Payment for Resourcing**

1. Job fair cost negotiation, CRS and follow up with finance department for final payments.

2. Formalizing and updating MGM payment tracker and forwarding the payment details to payroll department.

3. Follow up with other sourcing agencies for bills due for payment.

**Recruitment for Corporate Office**

2. Negotiating on salary offered and preparing the appointment letters.

**Drive Recruitment through Regional Teams**

1. Driving and monitoring RHR for sourcing requirements and new initiatives to achieve departmental goal of sourcing.

**Reports**

1. Preparing monthly and annual sourcing reports

2. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual IRS FTR reports

3. Preparing consolidated web based sourcing reports

4. Preparing MGM consolidated report

5. Preparing MIS with hiring requirements collected and collated across the business
