Job Title: AMC Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely renewal of annual maintenance contracts
- Schedule maintenance services with clients and assign technicians as needed
- Communicate service schedules and updates to clients and technicians
- Ensure that maintenance services are delivered according to contract terms and service level agreements
- Maintain accurate records of contract terms, service activities, and billing
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance services
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to maintenance services

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in contract coordination or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
- Knowledge of maintenance services and related equipment is a plus

Time: 9am to 5.30 pm

**Salary**:15k to 18k

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
