General Admin
To ensure smooth functioning of Housekeeping, Security, Electrical maintenance, Machinery maintenance, Uniform, Courier, Travel desk, Building maintenance, Vendor Evaluation Purchases, scrutinising of PR/CS/PO & obtaining approvals. Monthly reports for all relevant aspects. Capex and Budget preparations
Safety & Environment
To ensure best safety practices across GMS. Closely monitor safety parameters by obtaining monthly safety MOM & safety score card from locations. To ensure statutory compliance with respect to safety & environment & also create awareness among employees.
Statutory
To ensure statutory compliance, SCR, MCR, Trade License, DPCC, and compliance with respect to Safety & Environment across CMIL locations.
Legal
To coordinate legal consumer cases. Verify legal documents like contract agreements, Licenses, lease agreements, MOU etc.
Cost Control
To reduce cost by adopting best practices. Vendor evaluation, monitor & control operational cost with respect to admin.
AMCs / Insurance / Contracts / Agreements
Ensured 100% uptime for all the major equipmetns, Covering of all major equipments under AMCs and follow ups with the service provider for sheduled services. On time renewal of all vendor agreements / contractors, On time renewal of all company vehicle insurance, TC plate insurance etc.
Others
Coordinate asset verification audit, procurement & distribution of uniforms, disposal of old / obsolete assets, followup with accounts dept for ontime vendor payments and all MIS Reports.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
