**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage and coordinate the company's appointment calendar, schedule meetings, setting reminders etc.
- Assist in rescheduling or canceling appointments.
- Maintain and update employee records with confidentiality.

**Business Development**
- Maintain a database of employee resumes and ensure it is updated regularly with relevant information.
- Schedule interviews between clients and the company resources, ensuring all parties are informed about the details.
- Utilize existing templates to prepare contracts for new engagements and resource placements.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with vendors, ensuring timely responses and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Assist in creating, editing, and formatting presentations for internal and external use.
- Present oneself professionally during client interactions, including initial intro calls.

**HR Assistance**:

- Assist the HR department with basic administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, handling employee documentation etc.
- Support the hiring process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees.
- Help organize employee training sessions and other events.

**General Office Support**:

- Receive, sort, distribute and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mails and packages.
- Monitor and restock office supplies.
- Manage inventory of company materials and forms.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies.
- Assist with office security protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any discipline; additional admin certifications are a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly is a must.
- Proven experience in customer service or administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and databases is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
