The Sales & Operations Associate will handle day-to-day sales operations, coordinate with customers to ensure their needs are met, and manage the operational processes to maintain efficiency. Tasks will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing inventory, and supporting the sales team with data analysis and reporting. Effective communication and collaboration with different departments to achieve business goals is essential.QualificationsOperational skills for managing processes and ensuring efficiencyExcellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilitiesStrong Analytical Skills for data analysis and reportingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven experience in a relevant field is advantageousBachelor's degree/MBA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferredNOTE: Working hours will be as per UK time.
