The accountability and responsibility of this role entails providing Sales Operational Support to the Sales Team

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the sales funnel,
- Streamlining and optimizing the sales process, taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
- Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools.
- Manage CRM data, Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
- Perform sales forecasting.
- Work with sales leadership to support cross functional team management, Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.
- Maintaining sales repository with standard documents, Keep the Track of Sales Orders, Reporting to concern Head,
- Work with cross functional teams to drive the proposals & post sales documentation, Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Order management, Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database.
- Project tracking, Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference.

**Requisite Qualification & Skills**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.

Positive Attitude

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

Proficiency in English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
