Job Title: AMC Sales & Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for AMC contracts.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote AMC contracts.
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate AMC packages.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor AMC contract performance and ensure contract compliance.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of AMC contracts, including renewals and cancellations.
- Prepare reports on AMC sales and performance for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or coordination, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- This is an office-based position that requires sitting for extended periods.
- Some travel may be required for client meetings.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
