To plan and coordinate installation, commissioning of the products sold.
- Assign the service engineer for a particular site based on the nature of the work.
- Review the Installation report and prepare the monthly report on the services done.
- Arrange the materials required for the installations and commissioning based on the contractual agreement.
- Get a copy of the P O and drawings of the project in hand for the installation and commissioning and discuss the same with the Service Engineer assigned for the job.
- To manage the spares for the servicing for all branches.
- To keep a list of spares for the different type of products dealt with referring the PL and drawing as well as from previous experience of handling the same.
- Monitor the use of the spares for each servicing.
- Indent for spares as and when needed on checking the stock.
- Submit the costing of the spares to Sale as and when needed.
- Maintain spares stock register
- Prepare Monthly Stock report based on consumption.
- Co-ordinate and monitor the customer care within warranty as well as after warranty and ensure it is kept up to the required standard and generate the planned income with utmost care to customer satisfaction.
- Ensure no service call pending more than a day.
- Ensure proper communication with all customers within the warranty as well as out of warranty whenever there is any service issues
- Follow up Customer Satisfaction after each Installation and Servicing through telephone.
- Verify service report/Installation report after each servicing /Installation.
- Prepare analysis on a) service call reporting time Vs attended time.

b) Failure analysis of all products and models.

c) Service Effectiveness
- Follow up Service bills and pending payments.

**Service Coordinator **is responsible for
- Reviewing pending/Due list for installation and on sight servicing
- Assigning technicians considering logistics of movements and transport.
- Arranging materials/tools for installation/ on sight servicing as required from store or central service.
- Reviewing installation and service reports for accomplishes and maintaining records.
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Preparing service bills and payment follow up.
- Arranging AMCs with customers

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
