Job Title: Service Coordinator
Service Coordinator Duties for a Team of 5-6 Service Engineers:
Customer Handling: Interact with customers, address their queries and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Work Assignment: Assign service tasks and work orders to the service engineers based on their skills, availability, and workload distribution.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of service engineers by tracking their progress, evaluating completed tasks, and ensuring adherence to service standards and timelines.
Service Updates: Keep the service engineers informed about any software updates, new procedures, or changes in service protocols, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to perform their tasks efficiently.
Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of service engineers to ensure optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of service requests.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, customer interactions, service reports, and other relevant documentation. Generate reports to provide insights on service performance and identify areas for improvement.
Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination among service engineers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and resolution of any issues or escalations.
Resource Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, spare parts availability, and equipment/tools required for service tasks, ensuring that service engineers have the necessary resources to carry out their duties.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure service excellence, including conducting regular audits, identifying process improvements, and providing training or guidance to service engineers as needed.
Team Support: Provide support and guidance to service engineers, offering assistance in complex cases, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive team environment.
