Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Care & Reception Associate. This role will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet Visitors: Welcome visitors, customers, and partners to our office.

3. Manage Front Desk: Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

4. Provide Information: Answer general inquiries about our company and services.

6. Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

6. Provide Product Information: Educate customers about our products and services.

8. Process Returns and Refunds: Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with our policies.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
