Job Title: Indian Commi 2 (Street Food Specialist)
Location: Gurgaon, India
Experience: 2 to 4 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of a variety of Indian street food dishes such as chaat, pav bhaji, vada pav, dosa, and kebabs.
- Assist in the cooking process, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and cooking ingredients according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in the preparation of street food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow proper food safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Commi 2 or similar role in a professional kitchen, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine and street food.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian street food ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, lift, and move heavy items as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
