**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Support in Curry Section**:

- Assist in basic preparation of gravies, vegetables, and spice mixes.
- Cut, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients for curry dishes.
- Follow instructions from Commi 1 or CDP for dish preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the curry section.

**Support in Tandoor Section**:

- Assist in dough preparation for naan, roti, kulcha, etc.
- Help in marinating paneer, vegetables, and other tandoori items.
- Support the Tandoor Chef in grilling and baking under supervision.
- Ensure proper handling and cleaning of tandoor equipment.

**General Duties**:

- Keep the workstation clean and sanitized.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
- Properly store leftover items and maintain stock rotation (FIFO).
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Report any equipment or ingredient issues to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar kitchen role (vegetarian preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and tandoor operations.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions accurately.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Physically fit and able to work in hot kitchen environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic training in culinary arts or hotel management (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in a vegetarian restaurant is an advantage

**Work Schedule**:

- Rotational shifts (Lunch/Dinner)
- Must be available on weekends and public holidays
