**About Us**

The Salad House is a fast-growing, health-first food brand focused on clean, nourishing meals. We're hiring enthusiastic Commis Chefs across levels to join our kitchen team and help deliver fresh, high-quality dishes.

**Location**: The Salad House - B-F30, Element One Mall, Sector-49, Gurgaon

**Open Roles & Responsibilities**
**Commis I**
- Lead station prep & execute dishes independently
- Maintain taste consistency & train junior team members
- Assist in recipe development & manage mise-en-place

**Commis II**
- Support prep and assembly of salads, bowls, smoothies
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and maintain kitchen hygiene
- Assist Commis I & CDP during service hours

**Commis III**
- Perform basic prep tasks like chopping, cleaning, and sorting
- Learn kitchen processes and maintain cleanliness
- Support the team during busy hours

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Commis I**: 2-3 years of experience
- **Commis II**: 1-2 years
- **Commis III**: Fresher or 6 months+ kitchen experience
- Team player, fast learner, and hygiene-conscious
- Interest in healthy food & wellness cuisine is a big plus
