We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.
- **Sales Strategy**: Implement and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide clients with up-to-date information and insights.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to refine strategies and improve results.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of real estate markets, property types, and sales processes.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to clients.
- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Passion for Sales**: High level of enthusiasm for inside sales and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
