Language : Malayalam and English mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome call to be done as per SOP
- Solve customers’ post sales queries
- Maintain customer progress data & follow up data.
- Enter customer payment details in software
- Follow up for disbursement/payment with customer/bank
- Collection and Documentation-Documents such as Welcome letter, Demand Letter, Allotment letter, Reminders, Cost sheet, Receipts, Agreements, etc.
- Facilitate in timely execution and Registration process.
- Facilitate in handing over possession of flat to the buyers and the necessary documentation.
- Prepare debtors reconciliation.
- Responsible for all the consumer touch points, from the time of sale to the handover of the residence, for the project(s) assigned.
- Ensuring quality of customer interactions through monitoring of relevant matrix.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
