For this role we believe you have Proven training in People Administration or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience within People Administration Experience in using digital tools to optimise efficiency Experience from global matrix organisation Preferred: Cross-functional understanding of INGKA/IKEA Matrix and operations. Accomplishes goals, completes tasks, and achieves results in a timely and accurate way Develops virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectives Takes action without needing direction from others - ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team player Expresses ideas and opinions effectively in verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals
- Knowledge of how to systematically create, capture, share, manage and utilise knowledge within IKEA and between coworkers
- Knowledge of how to use IKEA standards and manuals to follow rules, comply to standards and provide direction
- Knowledge of creating, following and maintaining guiding framework documents with internal and/or external stakeholders
- Knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals
- Knowledge of how to organise, store and maintain records and information across IKEA
- Knowledge of creating, following and maintaining guiding framework documents with internal and/or external stakeholders
- Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
**Responsibilities**:
Enable the country People & Culture functions to focus on their core objectives, delivering to our People Strategy and business objectives, by providing administrative support in line with the Service Level Agreements
- Execute People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, scheduling, timekeeping, booking and coordinating People & Culture related travel, meetings and events
- Execute administrative tasks linked to Learning & Development in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. scheduling trainings, arranging meeting rooms, registering participants and facilitators
- Collaborate closely within the Administration team to share best practices and prevent duplications of work
- Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard
