Human Resources Director
About The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all HR and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Main Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Lead and manage HR staff to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, select, and hire top talent to fill various roles within the organization.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processes, including attendance and leave records, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in Staff Management, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Payroll Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor an HR team.
