**Job Summary**:
The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of government/ corporate tendering processes, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and track government, PSU, and private tenders through portals, newspapers, and online platforms.
- Download, review, and analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs).
- Coordinate with relevant departments (technical, finance, legal, operations) to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- Maintain and update tender documentation, records, and databases.
- Ensure timely submission of bids online/offline as per guidelines.
- Follow up on submitted tenders, clarifications, and results.
- Assist in vendor registration and empanelment processes with various government/private organizations.
- Maintain MIS reports for tenders submitted, won, and lost.
- Support negotiation and contract finalization when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tendering / bidding / documentation (freshers with knowledge may also be considered).
- Knowledge of government e-tendering portals and procurement processes.
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
