**We are Hiring for Admin**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize office files and records (physical and digital)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and internal reporting
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation and filing
- Help coordinate company events and meetings
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 1 year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with office management software/tools
- Familiarity with basic HR or accounting procedures
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
