**To assist and execute the administration duties for organizational planning and development and ensure that office equipment is maintained.**
- **Facility team management**
- **Office administration**
- **Ensure clean office environment.**
- **Ensure the meetings/training room arrangements whenever is needed.**
- **Arrange the transportation facility through external vendor.**
- **Maintain and tracking office records/assets.**
- **Visitors management as when required.**
