**Job Opening for Admin Executive.**

**Location : Chennai**

**Qualification : Bachelors**

**Work Experience : 03 to 05 years office administration experience in a large Organization**

**Salary Budget : 3.5 LPA**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
❑ Manages the **housekeeping and security services.**

▪ Directs the execution of housekeeping work for office interiors (Workspace, Labs & Pantry).

▪ Directs the activities of personnel pertaining to the provision of administrative services (i.e. pantry, security, housekeeping)

▪ Obtains regular feedback from internal customers (i.e. employees) regarding administrative services rendered. Implements improvements and corrective action accordingly

▪ Monitors the performance of outsourced vendors to ensure adherence to performance contracts and approves their renewal (e.g. housekeeping, Security services)

▪ Implement the effective **security service system and CCTV monitoring.**

**❑ Implements budgetary controls for the department**

▪ Monitors administrative expenses incurred against the set budget.

▪ Directs specialized administrative services to cater to the unique needs of departments / functions

**❑ Manages the smooth execution of corporate travel and events**

▪ Coordinates with selected service providers for organizing transport (Air, Train, Bus and hotel accommodation for company employees and official guests)

▪ Coordinate with employees for Visa Submission and FOREX etc.

▪ Finalizes venues for training and other official events

▪ Approves and finalizes payments for respective service providers

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
